Please read these terms carefully before booking with us

Introduction

Welcome to Noor Umrah Travels. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website https://noorumrahtravels.co.uk/ and the booking of our Umrah and Hajj travel services.

By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Important: The person making the booking ("lead passenger") accepts these terms on behalf of all passengers included in the booking.

Booking Process

How to Book

Bookings can be made through the following methods:

Booking Confirmation

A binding contract between you and Noor Umrah Travels is formed when:

  1. You submit a booking request with all required information
  2. We receive and process your deposit payment
  3. We issue a booking confirmation to you

Required Information

All bookings require: Full legal name (as per passport), date of birth, passport number, passport expiry date, nationality, and contact details for all travellers.

Payment Terms

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation:

Standard Umrah Package £200 per person
Premium Umrah Package £300 per person
Hajj Package £500 per person
Custom/Group Booking As quoted

Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full:

  • Umrah Packages: At least 8 weeks before departure
  • Hajj Packages: At least 12 weeks before departure
  • Last-minute Bookings: Full payment at time of booking

We accept the following payment methods:

Travel Documents

Passport Requirements

  • Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date
  • Passport must have at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps
  • Name on booking must match passport exactly

Visa Processing

We will assist with Saudi Arabian visa applications. You must provide:

  • Original passport
  • Passport-sized photographs (as per Saudi specifications)
  • Completed visa application form
  • Proof of relationship (for female travellers under 45)
  • Meningitis vaccination certificate (ACWY)

Warning: Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Saudi authorities. We cannot guarantee visa issuance and are not liable for visa rejections.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:

Time Before Departure Cancellation Charge
More than 56 days Deposit only (non-refundable)
42-56 days 50% of total cost
28-41 days 75% of total cost
14-27 days 90% of total cost
Less than 14 days 100% of total cost

Amendments

Changes by You

If you wish to make changes to your booking after confirmation:

  • An administration fee of £50 per person applies
  • Any difference in package price must be paid
  • Changes are subject to availability
  • Name changes may incur additional airline charges

Changes by Us

We reserve the right to make changes to your booking if necessary. In such cases:

  • Minor Changes: We will notify you but no compensation is due (e.g., flight time changes under 12 hours, hotel changes to equivalent standard)
  • Significant Changes: You will be offered the choice of accepting the change, booking an alternative, or receiving a full refund

Our Responsibilities

Noor Umrah Travels agrees to:

As a customer, you agree to:

Limitation of Liability

Noor Umrah Travels shall not be liable for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
  • Visa rejections by Saudi authorities
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Personal injury unless caused by our negligence
  • Events beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, pandemics, war, or civil unrest
  • Failure to follow travel advice or instructions
  • Issues arising from incorrect information provided by you

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. This is your responsibility.

Complaints

If you have any concerns during your trip:

  1. During Your Trip: Contact our 24/7 support immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue
  2. After Your Return: Submit a written complaint within 28 days of your return date to info@noorumrahtravels.co.uk
  3. Response Time: We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and provide a full response within 28 days

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to:

  • ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents)
  • The appropriate Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme
